Responsibilities：
1. You will work on circuit design and implementation of some key RF, analogue and mixed-signal circuit blocks.
2. Being part of the design team that builds the complete IC, you will actively participate to the specification, architecture design, layout and verification phase but also IC evaluation.
3. You will focus on delivering highly competitive RF and analog blocks with leading edge performance using innovative architectures and circuit implementations for mass production products.
Qualifications：
1. Master degree or above with at least 2 years in RF circuit design;
2. In depth knowledge of sub-micro CMOS circuit schematics, simulation, and layout;
3. Experience in LNA，Mixer，PA，Filter, PGA, VCO and PLL synthesizer is preferred;
4. Experience with RF simulation tools like ADS and SpectreRF;
5. Good communication skills and cooperation abilities.
工作职责：
1. 主要负责主要的射频、模拟及混合信号电路模块的电路设计；
2. 参与到整个IC设计团队，包括规范，架构设计，版图，验证和评估；
3. 通过创新的架构和电路设计为大规模量产交付高质量的射频和模拟板。
任职资格：
1. 硕士及以上学历，2年以上射频电路设计经验；
2. 具有深亚微米CMOS电路及经验版图设计经验；
3. 具有低噪声放大器, 混频器,功率放大器，滤波器, 可变增益放大器，压控振荡器和频率综合器等射频模拟IC电路设计经验；
4. 熟悉SpectreRF，ADS等射频仿真工具；
5. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
