Job description:
1.Support on recruitment, to coordinate with hiring departments on the people requirement, as well as the interview arrangement, staff on-boarding and exit process, as well as the related personnel information & database maintenance.
2. Support on the training, to assist HR team organize, facilitate the training courses, even deliver the internal training if necessary.
3. Support on company performance review system, ensure the PMS could be well and smoothly operated, as well as the PMS database maintenance.
4.Support on monthly payroll process, including attendance record compiling & check, data collection, salary & benefit calculation and FESCO and Tax Bureau Liaison and so on.
5. Maintain and update the salary and benefit information in the HRIS.
6. Provide the C&B related data to meet various HR reports .
7. Maintain the C&B related documents and filings.
8. Act as the backup of the other HR related functions during the peak season or critical time.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree, fluent in both written and spoken English.
2. Familiar with windows system, Office 03 or Office 07, be excellent in Excel.
3. Prefer 2-3 years experience in C&B area, or finance related working experience.
4. A good team player, be clever at communication, strong learning agility, be good at making and delivering a presentation, self disciplinary.
