1.Software Engineer (SDE Tools Team)

Product Development Focus:
The position is responsible for developing and supporting global software development tools (including: compiler, make tool, source code analysis tool, and etc.), and environment for whole company.
Responsibilities include daily support of all above tools and environment, writing specifications, developing, testing, and deploying software development tools which are needed for Synopsys R&Ds to deliver high quality software to our customers.

Job Requirement for Fresh Grads:
- BS in CS/EE;
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms;
- Knowledge of C/C++ programming;
- Team work ethic, good learning ability;
- Proficient English communication skills;

2.R&D Engineer

Product Development Focus:
This candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting software programs. He or she will need to work with local team as well as global teams to achieve project goals.

Job Requirement for Fresh Grads:
- BS in CS/EE;
- Knowledge of C/C++ programming;
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms;
- Knowledge of HDL is desirable
- Team work ethic, can-do attitude, good learning ability.


3.R&D Engineer

Product Development Focus:
Galaxy library technology group is a group provides library modeling technology for all Synopsys products. This group works with customers to formulate library models based on customer requirements; develops algorithms to process library models, and works with application tool teams to provide library infrastructure. Members in this group work with other engineers in Shanghai and US and external customers to define and deliver major product features.

Job Requirement for Fresh Grads:
Good software development skills, including knowledge of C/C++, solid understanding of algorithm, ability to handle complex data structures. It is essential that the individual has good communication skills, strong desires to learn and explore new technologies and is able to demonstrate good analysis and problem solving skills. Candidate with Electronic Engineering or micro-electronic engineering education background is preferred.

4 .R&D Engineer

Product Development Focus:
Responsible for research and development of EDA tools in ASIC back-end flow, focusing on software development and methodology on ECO related areas. Specify, design, implement and test EDA software in a large and complex software development environment. Works primarily with manager and other engineers in Shanghai and US to define and deliver major product features.

Job Requirement for Fresh Grads:
Bachelor major in CS/EE.
Excellent software programming skills with hand-on C/C++ programming experience under Unix/Linux. Strong background in data structures and algorithms is required.
Experience in EDA industry or IC design especially in back-end flow is a plus.
Good written and verbal English communication skills are necessary.
Strong desires to learn and explore new technologies and able to demonstrate good analysis and problem solving skills.
Self-motivated and good team working spirit.

5.R&D Engineer

Product Development Focus:
Responsible for
QoR (Quality of Result) evaluation of complete EDA backend flow. Focuses on timing, power and DRC, etc. as well as performance metrics, runtime & memory.
Tools/scripts development for issue debugging/trouble-shooting in design/flow and provides proper solution
Communication with various functional teams to help issue solved

Job Requirement for Fresh Grads:
B.S in EE/CS
Basic knowledge on IC backend flow is required
Basic Shell/TCL/Perl script language programming skill in Unix/Linux environment
Strong desires to learn and explore new technologies and able to demonstrate good analysis and problem solving skills
Good written and verbal English communication skills are necessary
Self-motivated and good team-work spirit

6.Software Testing Engineer _CS

The candidate will develop state of art programs/scripts to constantly improve the testing process efficiency and product quality.
The candidate will provide test support to R&D engineers, define quality measurement metrics, write programs/scripts to automate integration and testing process, identify code issues through varies regression test and quality test, and interfere with developers on the trouble shooting.

Job Requirement for Fresh Grads:
- Bachelor in CS or related field.
- Sound English skills (spoken & written), communication skills and necessary computer operation skills;
- Familiar with SQL, C, C++ programming and webpage languages HTML, Java script,etc.
- Familiar with one or more of Unix shell scripts, Tcl, Perl, Python, etc.
- Good at handling multiple tasks and can work well under pressure and challenge
