Job Title/Position:HR Supervisor
Location:Chongqing,China
Reports to:HR Manager

Job Summary:
Be responsible for the overall HR function for Chong Qing Branch
Be responsible for the team set-up by providing HR support to local leadership team
Be a focal point for GM for HR all matter as HR Business Partner
Be a focal point for local staffs for HR all matter

Main Responsibilities
Manpower Planning
a) Make manpower planning by organization analysis and ensure optimization of
resources in each Brand/ Department organization structure
b) Ensure all recruitment needs are fulfilled through effective recruitment channel
and process
c) Educate hiring managers on High-Touch Leadership Competency based
interview skills and techniques
d) Work with Brand on workforce planning, regarding quality/ quantity/ source of
talents

Compensation & Benefits
a) Work with the C&B function to implement the C&B strategy and program, ensure the internal equity and external competitiveness
b) Identify the areas for improvement for both office and field force through market intelligence study
c) Work closely with sales team to review field force commission effectiveness
on a regular basis

Performance Management
a) Facilitate the performance management cycle of office and field force under the
corporate guideline
b) Administrate the yearly salary adjustment and performance discussion session
c) Cascade corporate performance management tools and philosophies
d) Drive to build a performance driven culture

Training and Development
a) Work with Brand to identify the development needs of employees and propose
solutions with the support from Learning & Development team
b) Ensure that the full spectrum of training and development activities are
implemented smoothly
c) Facilitate regular Talent Review and Succession Planning, and ensure the
individual Development Plans are well implemented
d) Be responsible for delivering the orientation program for office staff, work
closely with Brand training team to provide the suggestions on programs and
vendors

HR Administration
a) Provide consultancy/ advise to line managers on employee grievances and
disciplinary case
b) Advice line managers in interpretation and application of human resources
policies

Competency
1. Bachelor degree above in relevant major
2. Minimum of 5 years HR experiences in multi-national companies with at least 3+ years in HR function preferred Recruitment function.
3. Hands-on experience in HR operational activities and detail oriented mindset
4. Excellent planning skills with strategic thinking
5. Learning agility
6. Customer focus and knowledge in business management
7. Good project management skills
8. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong adaptability into a dynamic environment
9. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, written and oral.
