Job description:

主要工作内容

1. 辅助部门领导完成对公司需购材料的询价、议价、订购、检验入库、报帐等程序。遵循优质采购原则（物美价廉&准时交货）的基础上保持与库管员的经常沟通，对申请的材料进行库存核实，防止不必要的物资积压及资金占据，确保办公及生产环节的顺利进行；

2. 负责每日更新国内材料的采购清单; 负责将当月采购发生的合同、订单、发票等录入公司K3系统; 及时整理及归纳采购报价单、订单、合同、供应商信息等相关资料。

3. 保持与原供应商的良好合作关系，辅助开发优质备用供应商。

Qualifications:资质要求

1. 22岁以上，大专及以上学历， 有简单的英语基础，能熟练操作相关办公软件。

2. 有良好的团队合作能力, 具备良好的执行、沟通、谈判能力及成本意识。

3. 有良好的职业道德和敬业精神，工作中责任心强，认真、刻苦、敬业、为人诚信、可靠。
