Job responsibility:
? Be responsible for all the technical training programmes of the company
? Establish & maintain an effective training system
? Develop and implement technical training plan according to business needs
? Develop some of training courses and conduct training accordingly
? At new plant start-up stage, lead or coordinate new employee training program including training plan & training materials development, implementation of the training program and post certification. Ensure all the trainees are timely trained up and possess necessary knowledge, skill sets and qualified for performing the jobs assigned to them according to company requirements.
? After plant start-up, the trainer will be responsible for training need identification, training programme development and implementation to support business and operation objectives. E.g. employee’s continuous training/education, multi-skill training, subject matter training, Cross-function training and so on.
? Conduct training assessment including trainer, training materials, training arrangement and so on to ensure its effectiveness
? Lead companywideLean Six-Sigma initiatives and establish Lean culture from beginning
? Developimplementation plan, perform methodology training to all employee, provide project identification, coaching and management to ensure project completion timely to support business objectives and customer satisfaction enhancement
Qualifications Required:
? - Bachelor degree or above, polymer science or chemical engineering is preferred
? - More than 6-years of technical trainer experiences in MFG factory of MNCs
? - New plant start-up and compounding experience is preferred
? - Passion for excellence
? - TTT certified
? - Influencing
? - Fluent written and oral English
? - Lean Six Sigma leader experience is highly preferred
