岗位职责：
1、负责部门内部行政工作并协助部门负责人处理日常事务；
2、负责部门资料的收集与统计、任务跟踪管理反馈、报表汇总与统计等；
3、根据项目情况或要求，协调部门内部资源；
4、负责部门会议组织协调；
5、负责接待部门访客及出差人员的行程及会议安排。

任职资格：
1、1年以上行政工作经验，熟悉企业内部各项行政事务的处理；
2、工作积极主动、细致认真，具有较强的服务意识；
3、具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作意识；
4、熟练使用常用办公软件，如WORD、EXCEL、PPT等。

Description:
1. Provides administrative support to company's products and Sales involving departmental
2. Requires thorough knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures.
3. Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals.
4. May track department personnel and organizational changes as they occur.
5. Develops presentations and spreadsheets as needed.
6. Maintains calendar for executives as required. May scribe and publish staff meeting minutes in a timely manner.
7. Takes on special projects as directed.

Requirement:
8. Requires direct experience providing administrative support to corresponding BU
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and inter-personal skills.
10. A team player, flexible, intuitive, self-motivating, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
11. Good at computer skills, including knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Outlook is preferred.
12. Typically requires a minimum of 3+ years of related experience.
