Title: Placement Officer

BU/Department:　Placement/China Hub

Reports to: Julia Hu

Purpose:

To provide specialist placement expertise and act as focal point for placement and carrier relationship activities, including building a nationwide team of placement specialists and actively managing placement activities to maximize the benefit of our carrier relationship strategy.

Job Content

1. Assistance on setting up Company placement strategies and implementations.

2. Carrier relationship management (both at Group and local levels).

3. Placement data analysis and report.

4. Working on other revenue driven initiatives.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor above degree, insurance major is preferred.

7+ year experiences in the insurance industry.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

High technic skills and well knowledge and understanding of the insurance market.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Good skills in office software like word, excel and PowerPoint
