Job Description (Analytics Engineer / Analyst)
Lattice Engines is a U.S-based rapidly growing SaaS company that leverages the power of Big Data to provide B2B sales productivity solutions. We are expanding our business to China and launched our Beijing office 晶格(北京)科技有限公司 as WOFE (Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise) in 2012. We are backed by Sequoia Capital and New Enterprise Associates, and feature a proven leadership team with backgrounds from companies such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Accenture, Oracle, Siebel, Salesforce.com and Eloqua. We also have a team of PhDs from elite universities (Stanford, Harvard, Berkeley) who lead our cutting edge predictive analytics team. As the Analyst/Sr Analyst, you will use SQL and analytics tools to transform business requirements into actionable data & analytics. You are adept at solving unforeseen problems in a creative manner. Responsibilities
? Execute data analysis, data mining and ETL to support global customer deployments
? Configure enterprise Big Data analytics platform and tools
? Work closely with a customer delivery teams with mixed backgrounds (business & sales, mathematics & predictive analytics, database & data management)
? Solve problems arising from dynamic data and changing customer requirements
Qualifications
? Bilingual English and Chinese. College English level 6 required
? Strong knowledge of SQL (via SQL Server, Access, Oracle, etc.) required
? BS degree from elite universities in an analytics discipline such as math, physics, computer science, operations research, engineering with relevant intern experience; advanced degree preferred
? At least two-year related working experience. Direct working experience with oversea team or customers preferred. Senior title will depend on candidate’s experience
? Experience delivering business insights from data using pivot tables, advanced excel models, or business intelligence tools (e.g. SAS, SPSS, R).
? Familiarity with CRM (e.g. salesforce.com), marketing automation (e.g. Eloqua) and other Software-as-a-Service is a plus
? Strong project and time management, as well as written and communications skills
