职位描述
An HR Operation Consultant has overall responsibility for the employment related matters, including but not limited to on-boarding process, labor contract, background check, and HR reporting.
Background/Experience/Credentials
? Bachelor degree.
? Good English skill both in oral and written.
? At least 1- 3 years in HR C&B function is preferred.
? Be familiar with China Labor Law and relevant employment regulations, and be clear about practice procedures.
? Be familiar with the visa/work permit application process for expats and the resident permit application process for China citizens.
? Excellent skills in MS office software and its applications, especially for Excel skill.
? Well organized, strong process orientation and data analysis skills (HR consultant experience preferred).
? Attention to details and obey to confidentiality.
? Personalities requirements:
? Initiative & Adaptability – always show initiative during work and take initiative to continually learn new skills and develop his/her capabilities;
? Communication skills – speak and write in a clear, concise and organized manner;
? Creative thinking – implement agreed-upon improvement within his/her job scope and be able to work under pressure;
? Customer focus – plan and produce outputs according to the needs of customers to show his/her strong service consciousness;
? Ownership – follow instructions given and complete assigned responsibilities within the agreed timeframe;
? Great team player and Effective interpersonal with cross Line of Service and regional teams in a complicated business.
Roles/Responsibilities
? Conducting On-boarding process of all new hires.
? Coordinate with employee to apply resident permit / HuKou.
? Coordinate with expats to apply visa / work permit.
? Responsible for New hire orientation, welfare introduction before onboard.
? Prepare Labor contract for new hire & renewal.
? Collect probation evaluation.
? Maintain employees' database and personal file.
? Complete regular HR reports, such as HC, Attrition, Roster report, Learning hours and etc.
? Support learning registration for employees and maintain the L&D records.
? Cooperate with the outsourcing vendor to conduct the background check for all new hires or candidates.
? Other tasks assigned by the manager.
