职位描述
1.负责合同的起草、审核；
2.为公司业务部门提供法律咨询；
3.协助总监处理各项企业事务工作，处理各类文件、法律文书、诉讼等事宜；
4.负责工商登记、变更、股权并购等事宜，有相关工作经验者优先；
5.领导交派的其他工作。
6.两年以上法律工作经验，有出版传媒、版权工作经验者优先；
7.大学本科以上学历，通过国家司法考试者优先。
8.能经常出差，男性优先。

Firstvolume Information Co. Ltd., FVI in short, is a company of cutural creativity with Internet service attaching to the Langlang-media Holdings Limited, which focuses on books, periodicals, E-journals and design, compilation and publication of animation creation. With several territorial professional organizations and networks, it takes upon the responsibility for delivering the ancient culture of China to the Chinese home and abroad. Now, it owns five business lines, including the web service for the latest information and topic selection (www.langlangmedia.com), providing books, periodicals and E-journals for the Program of Courtyard Bookhouse of the 11th Five-year Development Program, the import and export practices of document resources, the service of mobile TV source and the publishing technology of digital network and the SHANGJUAN E-Commerce for the shopping online. The income of company mainly comes from the supply of kinds of publications and document resources, and some comes from the supply of relevant facilities and the information service.
