职位描述
Qualification Requirement
1. Bachelor degree (or above) of mechanical or production engineering. (Work experience as a toolmaker will be a plus).
2. 5 years+ above Technical training and professional experience in tooling manufacturing and/or production
3. Ability to work in a team, good net worker and assertiveness
4. Cost awareness and self responsible
5. Good knowledge in Chinese & English language, spoken and in writing (German will be a plus)
6. High degree of flexibility and mobility for frequent travelling, national as well as international
7. Working experience in an international team (ww)
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Optimization of Tooling Costs (ww) by Sourcing Tools in Asia
2. Launch a bridge between Western suppliers and Asian tool shops
3. Coordination of RB activities/projects with Asian toolmakers
4. Development of design standards to reduce variants/costs
5. Development/training of tool shops to make technical and organizational improvements
6. Cost calculation of tools/moulds (tooling cost structure analysis) available for benchmarking
7. Covering tool shops of main commodities (Stamping - Plastic injection - Die casting)
8. Tool shop market continuous overview
9. Continuous benchmark follow-up for tooling activities
