? Native Mandarin Speaker, Comfortable in describing technical solutions to clients in Mandarin as well as in English.
? Over 6 years experience in Cash Management – preferably with PM or Business/Operations background
? Very good interpersonal and communication skills
? Proven track record of project management skills (complex and ideally multi-country and/or cross-regional projects)
? Ability to make decisions, influence and drive others and work in co-operative manner and find resolutions to product needs
? Strong training and presentation skills. Will require interaction with customers and branch at working and senior level
? Extensive knowledge of the Cash Management Payments and Receivables and/or Trade Finance business in China
? Over 6 years experience in Cash Management – preferably with PM or Business/Operations background
