Sales Operations Manager-闵行

Location: Shanghai
Report Line: Asia Sales Ops Manager (Hong Kong)
Responsibilities:
1. Lead a small team located in Shanghai and will report to Sales Operations Manager in Hong Kong.
2. Manage SDTC (Trading Company) a new setup company for Company China retail sales as well as to manage OEM and RETAIL Sales Ops support and accounts.
3. Work closely with OEM operations / Retail fulfillment team and Supply Chain team to ensure proper order fulfillment.
4. Lead projects with regards to Sales Operations jointly with Sales Operations Execution Manager in Shanghai.
5. Be a key member of the Company Global Sales Operations Team and will be responsible for managing all aspects of this support including demand, execution, inventory levels and project management for strategic customers.
6. The individual must develop and maintain positive customer relations; coordinate various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other supply chain related degrees.
? More than 7 yrs direct exp in account management, customer service, order fulfillment and supply planning / demand planning.
? At least 3 yrs leadership exp
? Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
? Strong analytical capability by utilizing various tool (Excel, Access) and familiar with MRP (preferably with SAP)
