2、负责客户接待、洽谈及合同签约，完成既定销售目标；
3、进行客户开发及后期维护

2、 工作积极主动，吃苦耐劳，能够承受一定工作压力；
3、 具有良好团队合作精神和客户服务意识；
4、 具有公寓和住宅市场销售经验为佳。
