岗位职责　AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1.Oversee and manage application implementation/enhancement projects for China business units (BUs);
2.Lead application management for China BUs to support business operations;
3.Provide leadership and manage internal application team (~20 FTEs), collaborate with Global IT team and manage external IT service providers;
4.Maintain a close working relationship with local and global Infrastructure teams;
5.Analyze / evaluate business requirements and translate them into business process and IT solutions;
6.Identify opportunities for business process improvements;

岗位要求　MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1.Minimum Bachelor Degree. Information Technology (preferred)
2.Minimum 8-10 year’s working experience in IT
o Min. 5 years hands-on experience on SAP implementation and support:
*Project Management Experiences of full life cycle SAP implementations
*SAP Functional Consulting and Support Experiences
*Business Process standardization and re-engineering experiences
*Overall SAP functional and technical knowledge and experiences
o Hands-on and management experiences of other applications (e.g. Sharepoint, Documentum) etc.
o Experience with managing helpdesk and application management
o Experience with Project Management (at least 3-4 years in a project management role)
3.Good knowledge in Manufacturing business;
4.Willing to travel (e.g. within China and out of China);
5.Regional working experience is an advantage;
6.Able to communicate (understand/speak/write) in English;
7.Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization (including senior management);
