Basic Requirement:
· At least 3 years working experience in Operations dept.
· Command of English(Oral and Written).
1. Be responsible for the smooth processing of day-to day operations of Branch.
2. Be responsible for process all loan related activities, including loan drawdown, rollover and repayment. Closely monitor the client exposure, report excess in time. Supervise the processing within Corporate Banking Middle office, verify loan data input in Bank’s core business systems.
3. Be responsible for process cash management operations, including account opening, inward and outward remittance, FX transactions, Money Market deal etc.
4. Timely conduct internal and regulator’s reports on daily, monthly or quarterly basis according to the relevant reporting requirements. Make sure the information of the reports are accurate.
5. Be responsible for other daily activities including reconciliation between the systems. Make sure the mismatches are investigated and resolved in time.
