1.负责建立VIP客户管理的各项制度；
2.负责制定各工作流程（SOP），并监管、实施各项制度，推进和完善各服务流程；
3.执行VIP推广计划，并对执行结果进行分析；
4.负责收集品牌业务开展情况和VIP客户实际需求，制定相应的VIP客户服务方案；
5.收集VIP客户需求信息和满意度信息，负责管理VIP客户信息档案工作；
6.负责规划编列贵宾室年度开支/收入预算表；
7.协助CRM部门与构思招募新会员与顾客巩固计画方案；
8.解决VIP顾客投诉及退换货事项；
9.负责对VIP客服人员的培训; 吸引、留住优秀VIP人员；
10.主管指派之其它信息提供与业务协助。

任职要求：

1.大学本科学历；心理学相关专业毕业优先；
2.5年以上客户服务工作经验，其中至少2年大型零售商场同等职务经历，有酒店、高级会所工作经验者优先；英文能力佳；
3.具有一定的客户服务技巧、方法，熟悉客户管理业务知识；
4.熟悉国内饭店、购物中心及百货公司的VIP客服等相关业务。
