Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

-Responsible for daily operations of tools warehouse activities including receiving, picking & packing, shipping, return goods handling, delivery accuracy -Maintain reports timely and closely monitor KPI with quick action plan if necessary to accord with EHS & QMS requirement -Fully coordinate with Zone Tools Leaders to manage zone tools operation and personal tools inventory of field engineers -Periodical tools communication meeting with regional teams and technical teams to help quickly solve frontline issues -In charge of warehouse racking layout design, maximize space utilization and ensure efficient work flow -Execute cycle count and analyses variance and ensure all tools inventories are properly managed with good stock accuracy -Coordinate in a team of contractors workers and manage the relationship with the third party provider to achieve the logistic targets -Develop and maintain a set of metrics to manage the workload, productivity, responsiveness and quality of the warehousing and dispatching system -Explore and implement in a creative way on any opportunity to improve the service in terms of "Speed and Quality"

Qualifications/Requirements

-Bachelor degree in Logistics, Material, Trade, Business Administration, etc-Experience in supplier management and productivity project is preferred-Strong problem solving capability is required-Ownership, initiative and customer-focused-Analytical, driven, open minded and goal oriented-Good internal and external communication skill, fluent writing and reading in English-Proactive and teamwork mindset-Effective personal management and people skill-Good computer skill at MS office and Warehouse Management System, knowledge & experience in ERP/SAP applications
