工作职责

1. To support Department in achieving its goals in quality service, product delivery and financial results.
在服务质量，出品，财务表现方面协助部门达成目标。
2. To follow up on of tasks assigned to his associates.
跟进交予同事的任务完成情况。
3. Responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets set for the Restaurant.
负责达成餐厅既定的销售和收入目标。
4. Responsible for the discipline of the subordinates.
负责下属员工的纪律管理。
5. To review the monthly duty roster and daily assignment of associates.
复核班次安排和每日员工的工作分配。
6. To conduct training for associates on service standard regularly and consistent monitoring on the job.
经常对员工进行服务标准的培训，并监督员工将培训所得能够完全运用到工作中去。
7. To work closely with the Chef on the production and consistency of the quality of food delivery, promotionsand contribution of ideas for

the marketing plan 要和厨师长在产品生产和食物出品质量的一致性以及推广活动方面紧密协作，为酒店的市场计划出谋划策。
8. To monitor the maintenance of the highest service standards of the Restaurant.
监督并保持餐厅在最高的服务标准下运行。
9. To keep the Restaurant in good physical condition.
确保餐厅在设施设备完好下运行。
10. To check guest satisfaction, get feedback from guests to upgrade the service of the Restaurant.
检查客人的满意度，收集客人的回复和建议来提高餐厅的服务水平。

任职要求
2 year experience in restaurant manager or related discipline including experience, or an equivalent combination of education & experience.
拥有2年餐厅经理工作经验, 或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
