Job Descripition:
1. Conduct site surveys and evaluate warehouse layout, function, work flow and capacity
2. Analyze operation process and work flow at Herbalife logistics facility, and clarify issues or areas for improvement with data.
3. Work with market logistics team to identify issues and areas for improvement in logistics facility
4. Draft proposal for layout improvement to optimize operational efficiency, taking into account market business needs and trend.
5. Propose introduction of new tools, improvement of work flow and process, taking into account market business needs and trend.
6. Support set-up of product access point like distribution center, warehouse according to requirements of APAC market by providing layout design, work-flow and tools proposal for efficient work flow.
Requirements:
· University Graduate
· At least 3 - 8 years work experience in warehouse operation, inventory management and order fulfillment management
· Familiar with the warehouse system design, mechanical engineering
· Ability to create a facility layout design using PC software
· Familiar with Lean warehouse management, experience of Kaizen is a PLUS.
· Experience in MLM or food supplement industry is a PLUS
· Computer skills including the complete Microsoft Office package including Visio. Knowledge for ERP system. Oracle is a PLUS.
· Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision
· Ability to prioritize works for effective implementation
· Strong customer service and results orientation
· Ability to interact effectively with all levels
· Team player with other Departments to ensure smooth operation and first class service to distributors
· Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
· Good English both in oral and written
· Fluently speaking/writing one of major Asian language (Bahasa, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, etc.)
· Good communication skill
