Job Description: Develop numerical math libraries for HyperMath. This position would require developing a wide range of numerical math libraries. Hence the ideal candidate should be comfortable working in many different areas of numerical mathematics like linear algebra, signal processing, statistics, ordinary differential equations & optimization regardless of current qualifications.
Duties:
? Designing, coding and debugging numerical math in C/C++ per requirement specification
? Object-oriented Design and Analysis
? Utilizing third party numerical libraries
? Performance tuning and usability improvements
? Automate testing and benchmarking of code
? Integrating code with existing system
? Support, maintain and document software functionality
? Peer code reviewing
? Literature search to identify new methods and technology
Required Qualifications:
? Minimum 3 years of industrial experience in numerical math coding
? Good working knowledge of C++
? Familiarity with make file system
? Graduate degree (Masters) in math, computer science, electrical or controls system engineering
? Good written communication in English (CET-4 minimum)

Desired Qualifications
? Experience with Fortran compilers on both Windows & Linux
? Experience with third party libraries like: BLAS, LAPACK, ATLAS, IMSL, NAG
? Familiarity with source code repository tools (for example Perforce)
? Experience with control systems math
? Experience with numerical scripting languages like Matlab, Scilab or Octave
