HR Manager-Training & OD人力资源经理-培训&组织发展

Responsibilities:

  1. Developing training and development strategies to meet company business objectives;
  2. Responsible for training planning, sourcing, implementation and effectiveness evaluation to meet area business growth and people development needs;
  3. Preparing and monitoring of training budgets, resources allocation and schedules;
  4. Assist National HR to manage development assessment processes and tools to enable the organization to identify potential talents and equip the talents with the maximized investment for company development needs;
  5. Develop effective processes and toolkits to identify talents and manage talent pool to support company strategy. (e.g. New Manager Development Planning & Process, Talent Management Toolkit, Capability and Development Metrics, etc.)
  6. Design and implement assessment centre for selection of critical positions;
  7. Design development programs for identified group talents;
  8. Manage and develop line trainers in area; monitor trainers'quality through internal audit system;
  9. Promote and implement leadership programs in area;
  10. Assist national HR to design, maintain and update performance management system, processes and policies. Monitor and ensure the implementation of performance management system in area;
  11. Lead and plan all performance management related activities, including target setting, performance review, competency/potential appraisal and panel review (Round Table Discussion), succession plan, etc;
  12. Promote and implement competency model in area, facilitate line managers and local HR to learn and master the competencies for performance evaluation and people development purposes.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines;
  2. Minimum 5 years' solid training and development experience in sizable retail industry company;
  3. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must;
  4. Proficient computer knowledge in MS Office, Chinese word processing and PowerPoint;
  5. Analytical, initiative, outgoing and well-organized;
  6. Overseas exposure is an advantage;
  7. A team player with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
