采购经理/Purchasing Manager—有汽车(Automotive)行业经验优先

Job Responsibilities:

1. Being authorized to sign all relevant orders and purchasing contracts in China;

2. Negotiating with the suppliers about all relevant contract and price for company's international needs;

3. Securing the part deliveries and service providers with secured supply chain concepts;

4. Achieving the global procurement strategy of the company;

5. Analyzing market data in regard to supply market;

6. Cooperating with global team in regards to achieve customer target;

7. Being responsible for supplier selection of direct and indirect material in agreement with global standardized criteria;

8. Analyzing of suppliers over price and technical capabilities;

9. Managing the orders with the suppliers in terms of price and delivery time;

10. Initiating and following up on necessary improvements of the suppliers;

11. Developing a quality concept and systems to secure the quality standards in cooperation with SQE;

12. Being responsible for all relevant contract negotiations with suppliers and service providers in China;

13. Involving and supporting for all relevant logistic optimization in cooperation with the Supply Chain Logistic group.

Job Requirements:

1. Having engineering bachelor degree or equivalent;

2. Having min. 6 years knowledge of purchasing procedures, part qualifications procedures and quality control for the automotive industries;

3. Having knowledge of automotive industry standards: TS16949;

4. Having knowledge of MS office;

5. Having strong communication and negotiations skills with the ability to work effectively and independently;

6. Fluent written and oral English.
