质量经理/Quality Manager (Automotive)—有汽车行业经验优先

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the resources in quality team, overall lead and coordinate quality engineering team and quality assurance team;

2. Be a leader of monthly quality meeting, collect and present related information to management team;

3. Supervising the customer complaints handling, when necessary dealing with the customer complains directly;

4. Supervising the quality control processes in supplier's plant and in-house;

5. Overlook the quality system in plant, e.g., QS9000/TS16949/ISO14001;

6. Be the responsible person for customer audit;

7. Keep good relationship with customer and supplier with no compromise in quality level of purchased materials/parts and shipped parts to customer;

8. Improve the knowledge of the organization in terms of best practice in Quality Systems;

9. Collect information for lesson learned, and conduct continuous improvement programs.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or above in polymer material, molding tool design, mechanical automation, or automotive engineering;

2. Must be able to read, write and communicate in English;

3. Excellent MS-Office knowledge;

4. At least 8 yrs. working experiences in Automotive Industry;

5. Familiar with QS9000/TS16949/ISO14001system, with internal auditor certification;

6. Familiar with the quality tools eg. APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, DOE;

7. Good communication skills.
