Lean/6 Sigma Project Manager/精益六西格玛项目经理

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead and drive Six Sigma and Lean projects to deliver significant operational improvements and financial benefits;
2. Partner with Process/Business Owners and Champions to drive results;
3. Identify opportunities for improvement and initiate process improvement projects;
4. Act as a technical expert, coach and train Green Belts and team members in Six Sigma;
5. Act as a technical expert, coach and train team members in Lean principles;
6. Act as change agent to instill Six Sigma / Lean culture throughout the organization;
7. Monitor performance and improvements in key metrics;
8. Build strong working relationships with internal customers;
9. Assist local teams in Incorporating Lean techniques into new and existing line layouts, process.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, major in mechanical engineering, automatically and electrical engineering or similar;
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience, of which at least 3 years are practical experience utilizing Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and toolset.
3. Good working knowledge of the principles and philosophies of analytical problem solving techniques, particularly Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and toolsets under LEAN.
4. GB at least or BB certification is better.
5. Respected and trusted individual with a proven track record of achievement, solid functional expertise skills and a reputation as a leader of change.
6. Working knowledge of Minitab Software, MS. Office.
7. Proven record of performance and credibility.
8. Experienced team leader with problem solving experience and process focus. Good at project management & experience/skills. Proven leadership skills and business acumen - performance-driven.
9. Effective communication skills, be familiar with both oral and written.
