工作职责：

• 全面统筹、制定公司战略研究规划，协助公司领导拟定公司战略发展规划及业务策略；
• 动态关注国家产业政策与宏观政治经济动态，组织对公司所从事主业进行动态分析研究，定期组织编制相关报告，供公司领导层投资决策参考；
• 市场开发管理，根据企业的发展方向，组织收集有关市场信息，并进行汇总分析，形成报告；
• 主持开展宏观经济及政策研究、行业分析、公司发展重大课题研究及公司经营运行分析工作；
• 拓展公司的市场策略，把握公司在行业中的发展方向，完成公司在行业中的市场定位，及时提供市场反馈。

工作要求：

• 市场营销、工商管理、统计学或相关专业本科及以上学历；
• 具有敏感的商业和市场意识，分析问题及解决问题能力强，具有优秀的资源整合能力和业务推进能力；
• 具备良好的沟通合作技巧及丰富的团队建设经验；
• 具有很强的沟通能力和沟通技巧，较强的观察力和应变能力，优秀的人际交往和协调能力。
