District Sales Executive (REF:DSE)
The Job :
- To enhance BJS sales team infrastructure and enlarge the sales team NRC,
- To be responsible for a designated territory management within BJS area
completely
- To ensure all customers in BJS are to be approach and to gain new
business consistently.
- To be plan and organize the sales plan based on the preset revenue
targets and productivity standard;
- To implement disciplined sales activities as per global standard ,
- To apply sales technique to promote all products and explore different
business development opportunity;
- To gather market information and share with team members;
- To perform special projects as required to meet the Company's needs.
- In conjunction with local management, you will also be responsible for
proposing customized logistic solutions to the customer, closing business,
and the implementation and retention of business.
The Qualifications:
- University graduate or college graduate with 2-3 years in sales experience, preferably in a related industry;
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of written and spoken English, CET 6 or above;
- Be willing to be a team player, independent, aggressive, positive, & can-do attitude
- Displayed sense of urgency, attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities, working well under pressure.
- Computer literature ;
- Strong sense of confidentiality.
- Ability to work overtime as necessary

Key Accountabilities:
- Manage and organize work efforts to exceed sales plan as developed in
conjunction with local management.
- Achieve sales goals through hands-on market planning, personal sales execution and development of business relationships with key customers, new business and retention.
- Maintain constant familiarization of product offerings and developments.
- Research and maintain current information regarding.
- To take up additional responsibilities as required to meet the Company's needs.

Working Conditions:
- No more than normal physical effort or positional stress required. Intermittent
walking, sitting or standing with normal expenditure of energy.
- Good working conditions, almost complete absence of disagreeable
elements. Minimum exposure to adverse or hazardous working conditions.
