岗位职责：

1、IDC资产盘点及管理；

2、备件管理，对备件进行日常出入库等操作，及资产的配置信息管理维护工作；

3、资产设备调拨，负责与货运公司协调；

4、IDC商务流程发起、跟进；

5、部门日常行政工作的组织与管理，包括办公用品的申领、考勤管理、报销等流程。

6、部门活动、培训的组织。

任职资格：

1、本科学历；

2、一年工作经验；

3、熟练操作办公软件；

5、具备良好的沟通和协调能力。踏实、稳重、细心、思路清晰。

6、有实际资产管理经验。

7、IT从业者优先，女性。
