Job Responsibilities:

The consultant will be primarily in charge of the total remuneration surveys for certain industries or cities, and support on compensation or benefits related consulting projects. He or she needs to

§ Independently deliver high quality survey project on schedule with necessary direction.

§ Build and maintain strong client relationships with key accounts and/or assigned industries.

§ Interpret survey findings to client and provide appropriate and tailor-made solutions to address specific client needs.

§ Continuously accumulate deep knowledge in assigned industry(s) and to be ready as an industry expert of the team.

§ Provide technical coach to less experienced consultants.

Requirements:

§ Bachelor degree

§ Fluency in English

§ 4-5 years of corporate HR experience or 3+ years of consulting HR experience

§ Sound C&B knowledge

§ Client focus and attention to details

§ Highly motivated with strong team spirit, good interpersonal skill, and a willingness to learn

§ Organized and efficient

§ Commitment to high quality and timely delivery

§ Computer literacy, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
