Key Activities:

- Clear out the pending payment between client and GW; Clear with written instruction for all quotation issue in the future;
- Payment trace, air shpt, sea shpt
- Coordinate between client and GW France for quick and correct shipment to client based on client's requests;
- Support for client's import business, such as docs inspection, receiving monitor and GR issue report etc;
- Support for client's export business with execution of the export SOP designed before, make necessary revise under confirmation of client and execution in all sections for export such as booking, transportation, forwarding etc;
- Prepare the process/SOP if needed to handle to the successor based in client;
- Other jobs under client's requests;

Requirements:

- College degree above
- Preferably possess on France forwarding industry
- 5+ years related working experience in multi-national company in logistics functions;
- Good knowledge and practice in supply chain management;
- ERP-SAP experience;
- Strong communication skill;
- Good English both in oral & written;
- Good PC application knowledge;
