Job Description
The Position:
Filmworks China Entertainment Marketing seeks a Business Development Director in Beijing to drive and execute strategy for its rapidly-growing company. This position reports directly to the President and works closely with FWC LA.

Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with FWC LA with focus on Hollywood property owners including Film Studios/Television Networks/Productions to ensure that FWC has first-hand entertainment property information.
2. "Ear to the ground" personality actively looking for and identifying new properties for FWC. Work with company's Sales Team and provide sales support including but not limited to creating tailor made Sales Materials from PP to multi-media pitch presentations for clients and potential clients.
3. Work with company's Creative Team and ensure timely, smooth delivery through approval by clients, mainly on TVCs.
4. Work with FWC's partner agencies in China to ensure that partners receive complete, timely film property information as well as assist all partners with solving client concerns.

Qualifications:
1. Proficient written and verbal communication skills in Chinese AND English;
2. Experience working in multi-national environment or experience living abroad;
3. Experience in film production and advertising;
4. Strong skills in negotiation, co-ordination, multi-tasking and problem solving;
5. Good teamwork attitude and spirit;
6. Experience working in Hollywood studios is preferred;
7. Technically savvy and proficient in creating multi-media presentations, PP, etc.;
8. MBA education is preferred.
