Senior architect

Strong
experience in advanced design stages, construction site management and
supervision. Reporting directly to the lead architect and ultimately the
creative director as an integral part of our client team, you will coordinate
projects and lead its development.

Professional requirements:

· A professional degree in
architecture

· 6+ years of professional
experience

· Ability to maintain
high-quality work in a fast-paced office

· Knowledge of materials
and detailed planning

· Experience in on site
supervision

· Management of sub-projects
in the design-process, interface with other specialized departments and
suppliers

· Preparation and delivery
of presentations (on the phone, digitally, in person)

· Excellent skills in
Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD and Rhinoceros

Fluency in Mandarin is a plus

专业要求：

• 拥有建筑设计专业本科以上学位
• 具有6 年以上专业工作经验
• 能在快节奏的工作环境下，保持高品质的工作质量
• 熟悉材料并能细致规划
• 拥有施工现场管理监督经验
• 在设计进展过程中有效管理子项目，作为接口与专业的部门以及供应商沟通
• 准备以及传达方案（以电话、数字以及当面的方式）
• 拥有优秀的概念设计能力，熟悉并能把控整体设计流程
• 了解品牌的概念，具备将品牌观念融入3D设计的技能
• 出色的绘图软件，3D软件，渲染软件使用技巧（Adobe Creative Suite， AutoCAD，Rhinoceros）
• 良好的中英文沟通能力
