Position Title: Accountant
Location: Beijing

Areas of Responsibilities::

• Implements and administers relevant corporate accounting and reporting policies and procedures.
• Compile cost reports and related analysis based on general accounting data
• Execute timely and accurate administration of general accounts, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, banking relationships and head office relationship, in accordance with policies
• Administers tax affairs
• Ensure that all accounting systems are operating so that the company and statutory requirement are being upheld and assists in the formulation of new systems where relevant. Responsible for implementing new systems
• Compiles the annual budget according to company policy.
• Project cost management, and ensure expenses are booked timely and accurately
• Managing voucher and documentation filing
• Support related financial analysis for Low Cost Country sourcing activity
• Other tasks assigned

Basic Requirements:

• University graduate, major in Accounting
• At least 3 to 5 years working experience in accounting department with a multinational company
• Good interpersonal skills with a keen sense of customer service
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
• Strong PC skills
• Good level of English and Mandarin
• Professional and proactive service attitude and able to work under pressure
• An enthusiastic and motivated team player
