FMCG sales / marketing experience

Having experience in large-scale solution/process implementations

IT/IS experience or background is a plus

Project management and communication skill

Be excellent in Excel and is able to do what-if scenario analysis

Team player and have the ability to partner with a broad range of team members in various work steams

Capable of taking initiative on large scale challenges and operating under limited supervision

Good oral and written English communication skill is plus

Accountabilities 职责：

? Works as a member within the commercial system project team to understand and analysis overall commercial system processes, participate in request analysis, UAT and production launch.

? Participate in making the total roll out plan;

? Focus to ensure system roll out successful in plan and in standard process with EP documents;

? Work and communication with RTM/ FSM/TM HQ team and local team under total plan;

? Solve and collect issue and problems around project, and submit for answer.

? Follow EP standard and handover the project to AMS team.

? On-going and long term, will be responsible for solution rule/logic configuration, process change management and be involved in production turnover processes.

? Project stage/status monitoring and controlling

? TTT/SPR/FSM/STR training preparation and onsite support

? Q& A support and monitoring report in hyper care

? Lead the project/Batch handover to BAU
