In this position the successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing and improving customer fulfillment experience with main focus on Promise accuracy, Delivery speed, Cost, and Fulfillment Network Optimization, in addition to identifying operational defects and implementing initiatives to drive fulfillment operation excellence from both physical and information flow through proven leadership and analytical skills. As a member of the Supply Chain Team, you will partner with other team members in Supply Chain organization, fulfillment centers, transportation, Customer service, Global IT, Retail and Finance to drive new initiatives.
This position will be mainly responsible for:
- Actively manage fulfillment performance and metrics, root cause anomalies, and provide a corrective plan to continuously improve fulfillment experience
- Dive into data, Identify improvement area and drive fulfillment solutions that lead to the best fulfillment experience
- Partner closely with many groups such as Global IT, Retail, Transportation and Fulfillment Centers, other supply chain function team to drive operation excellence and manage standard operation procedures
- Lead complex ad-hoc supply chain fulfillment experience analysis
- Effectively communicate with senior management as well as with peers from Ops and retail
- Build up and improve whole team analysis skillset and efficiency, included but no limited like improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, automating or simplifying
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or equivalent is preferred
- 2+ years of experience with Supply Chain Management concepts i.e. forecasting, planning, optimization and logistics
- 4+ years of qualitative/quantitative data analysis, excellent attention to detail and good business judgment.
- Outstanding and creative problem solving skills related to Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation or Inventory Management
- Candidates must be independent and flexible, with solid communication skills, and a strong customer focus
- Ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)
- Strong verbal and written English and Chinese
- Qualified candidates will have 1 to 2 years of people management, or Project/program management experience and/or should have been responsible for being directly responsible for the launch of at least 2 major cross-functional projects.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master degree in Engineering, Logistics or other supply chain related field
- Self-starter, possess flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations
- Prior hand-on experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma analytical techniques is highly plus
- Basic familiarity with advanced statistical and operations research methods
- Experience with building data analysis and decision support modeling
- Intermediate knowledge programming languages like Perl, Unix/Linux, Visual Basic etc
- demonstrated ability to plan, research, and to set priorities, handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
