1. Design and support training course delivery
2. Handle training needs assessment and develop communication plan
3. Responsible for implementing internal training on sales skills, product knowledge, client management skills,
4. Develop e-learning course
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree
2. Minimum of three years of working experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) sales with two years of sales training experience
3. Fluency in English is mandatory. Along with excellent computer skills
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, self-driven and a positive attitude towards learning and
personal development are required.
