Responsibilities:

?Develop and maintain business plan for the assigned Lighthouse, including all recommendations for strategy and strategic adjustments
?Conduct continuous portfolio review for Lighthouse Program to ensure that the correct development projects are addressed at the right priority
?All marketing activities (from market research to product concept to product launch, pricing, promotion and maintenance) for all products developed within the Lighthouse program
?Ensuring that all development projects are appropriately, effectively and efficiently (on-time and in full) managed through the Stage-Gate system. Act as specific Project Leader as assigned
?Working with Lighthouse Technical Manager (LTM), provide leadership to all members of the Light house team
?Ensure that all activities and objectives of assigned Lighthouse team are in full alignment with the strategic goals of the AE business and Steering Units through close liaison with relevant GBM
?Arrange and lead regular periodic meetings for Global lighthouse team to review project progress, identify and ensure resolution of identified gaps in resources, projects and plans
?Monitor and ensure effective qualification progress of all sample materials developed in the Lighthouse program
?Routine liaison with global sales team to ensure that up to date information of status of all projects within the lighthouse is properly provided in a timely fashion. Ensure that Global sales team is properly prepared for customer engagement with products developed by the Lighthouse team
?Visit customers and business partners (equipment vendors, 3P development companies, etc) on regular basis to ensure that market knowledge and opportunity intelligence and assessment remains current through course of program
?Primary management responsibility for Lighthouse business partners (working with LTM and others, as appropriate)
?Monitor and review effectiveness of sales channels for products from assigned Lighthouse, provide sales and marketing leadership with recommendations for alternatives or improvements
?Provide monthly reporting for the Lighthouse program for Senior Management review.
?Market research for potential new Lighthouse projects and other special project activities, as assigned

Requirements:
?Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate technical discipline or a combination of business degree and technical experience.
?MBA preferred, may accept related experience in a commercial or marketing role in lieu of MBA
?Minimum 5 years experience in industry related technical or sales/marketing role, sound understanding of the Electronics industry
?Experience in a complex, international environment highly desired
?Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
?Teamwork and relationship-building skills across multiple functional, organizational, and geographical lines
?Excellent presentation skills with experience delivering to various audiences (e.g customers, internal and external business partners, senior and corporate management)
?Strong computer skills, including Powerpoint, Excel and Project
?Leadership and project management skills
