SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Satisfaction Performance Management
1. Issue LOTIF weekly and monthly performance report and review LOTIF with related plants and KCI planning team.
2. Identify loss reason and area can be improved further.
3. Work with related dept for changes and LOTIF improvement and document business change process.

Inventory Management
1. Yearly inventory clean up proposal, yearly inventory performance target split and monthly inventory projection.
2. Work for inventory clean up proposal and follow up.
3. Monthly inventory vitality analysis and reduction plan coordination
4. Identify SLOB reason and work with manager for the process change and related actions.
5. Get supply lead time of plant, OEM and import supply.
6. Propose safe inventory level

System implementation
1. Get understanding of system knowledge and work with manager for impact analysis.
2. Collect business demand and issues and work with global project and local IT team.
3. Identify the data need to be review and clean up and work with related team for data clean up.
4. Perform system testing and raise the issues.
5. Work with manager for related process update and training document preparation. (Dashboard, smart OPS, SMP etc.)


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1. University graduate or above with minimum three years experience in similar role: Demanding planning, Inventory Control, Master Scheduling, Forecasting.
2. Good English and well computer literate MS-Office suit window 97.
3. High positive attitude and tactful communication skill
