3、具备创作流畅运动、自然动作和故事性情节的能力（以作品体现）；
4、具有较强的理解能力，敏锐的观察力和丰富的想象力；
5、性格开朗，善于交流、共享资源，具备良好的团队意识、职业道德及文化素养，有动画表演基础者优先
8、熟练掌握maya绑定技术者优先；
