职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sourcing plan based on manpower requirements.
Work professionally with hands on recruiting in a fast growing organization.
2. Keep the good communication for our potential candidates,dispatched company, Has good ability for searching .
3. Accurately interpret specification and identify suitable applicants through effective job-matching;
4. Fulfill the vacancies in the most effective and efficient way with suitable candidates based on proper recruitment procedure.
5. Implement appropriate channels (staffing web, magazines, internal referral, headhunter or directories) to attract appropriate applicants;
6. Interview applicants within equal employment opportunity guidelines and establish competencies level against project requirement.
7. Conduct and manage interview process, moderate all related interview resources Issue offer and monitor new hires on-board procedure.
8. Ensure the staffing work is in accordance with local/national labor law and regulations.
9. Optimize recruiting process to reach the better practice, maintain and develop recruiting channels according to business needs.
10. Support other work assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
1. Functional Competencies:
a) Solid understanding of recruiting
b) Excellent listening and communication capability
c) Basic Knowledge of Technical Terminology
d) Fluent in English
2. Interpersonal Competencies:
a) Ability to effectively communicate with personal all levels
b) Understand and comply Marvell Core Principles.
c) Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team, Good teamwork player and can get high working pressure
d) Demonstrate diligently, integrity, maturity and a constructive approach to challenges.Handle matters steadily.
3 Additional Competencies:
a) 3+ years working experience in IT industry recruiting domain
c) Bachelor degree above, major in HR, Physiology and related domain, technical background is preferred.
