Job Description:


- Configuration management, Change management for software development;
- Source code revision & security management;
- Develop and maintain automate build scripts, assist in build and Release Management;
- Maintain ClearQuest and continuously improve related procedure;
- Provide technical support and direction to development teams;
- Provide SCM support to Development teams with emphasis on version control and Defect tracking systems




Job Requirement:


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent software engineering experience is required
- Strong practical experience in build processes, environments and SCM process;
- Experience in SCM tools including but not limited in ClearCase & ClearQuest;
- Experience in ClearQuest customization developing;
- Familiar with GIT is preferred;
- Familiar with CMM/CMMI is preferred;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Strong knowledge in documentation;
- 4+ years of professional experience
