Job Title :Android framework engineer / Senior

Job Function
1) Design and develop android framework extension for TV/STB/Blu-ray products, including but not limited to, window manager, multi-media framework, webkit, BT/WiFi, IR blaster, HDMI CEC, camera, digital TV stack, search engines etc.
2) Design and develop reference applications on Android with various technologies, like HTML5,Java, JavaScript, etc.
3) Porting of android software stack to various Marvell chipsets.
4) Develop and integrate additional features to Marvell chipsets.
5) Support testing and stabilization of integrated android software stack.
6) Support in the deployment of the integrated software to internal teams for verification and further development as well as commercial releases to external Marvell customers

Skills/Experience
1) Good understanding and excellent programming skills in Android, Experience in android framework is highly desired.
2) Proven ability to design, debug and document complex software applications and stacks.
3) Experience with developing and debugging in real-time embedded software is highly desired.
4) Strong software engineering and programming skills in C/C++ is highly desired.
5) Experience in Java programming is a plus.
6) Familiarity with webkit, web browser is a plus.
7) Familiarity with object-oriented design.
8) Familiarity with Linux User/Kernel space Programming.
9) Familiarity with Multimedia standards and frameworks, like MPEG2-TS, H264, FFMPEG, gStreamer, stageflight, etc.
10)Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
11)Mature interpersonal skills with an ability to collaboratively work with many varied teams and resolve problems spanning many disciplines.
12)Proven ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasked environment.

Education Requirements
Required: Bachelor's, Electronic Engineering and/or Computer Science
Preferred: Master's, Electronic Engineering and/or Computer Science
