Responsibilities:
· Provide clients with efficient and professional services in executive search and recruitment;
· Clients closely communication for the completion of assignment;
· Identify target companies & candidates based on clients' job profile;
· Candidate interview and write the report to client;
· Control the consulting service process quality;
· Training plan for Researcher & push the researcher to search talents;
· Develop and maintain relationship with clients;
· Help candidates to building career development and maintain relationship longtime.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or above, overseas experience is preferred;
· Minimum 5 years working experience as a consultant in consulting firm or in multination company;
· Have good relationship with society, especially in Real Estate, IT, Machine, Chemical, Pharmacy and FMCG industry, which GloBoLe focus on;
· Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills;
· Good command of English, both spoken and written, is essential;
· Strong learning and communication skill, capability to work under pressure and to be a leader.
