Job content, responsibility, authority

Work target:

-Finish JOTB Product Quality Assurance department plan/tasks.

-Assure the product quality performance meet both technical standard and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities:

-Fully understand and follow up the quality strategy and policy of JOT.

-Good understanding the knowledge of automatic machine test system and test method, very familiar with the test standard and test tools.

-Summarize the quality defects and feedback to related department for corrective actions.

-Performing electrical, mechanical test as well as test plan, test environment setup for different testing devices.

-Analyzing and tracing problems found by means of thorough product test, and ensuring to solve problems timely together with design engineers and manufacturing people.

-Training of his/her substitute.

-Fulfill other tasks and orders given by direct manager.

-Behave according to company’s organizational culture.

Candidate basic information (age, gender, etc.)

Education level, experience

-College degree or above in Automation or Software engineering and equivalent experience.

-Good knowledge of reading electrical/mechanical design and drawing; having experiences in HW/SW development.

-Familiar with test instruments, e.g. oscilloscope, Agilent instruments, etc.

- Familiar with PLC program.

-Good communication skills and teamwork spirits.

-Good command of English on listening, speaking, reading and writing

-Good command of PC operating, especially in Word and Excel and ERP software.

-Basic understanding of quality systems and ISO 9000
