Responsibilities

Make sure outsourced spare parts of product in-process on time delivery with no quality problems
Communicate specifications and expectation of components to supplier
Manage prototype sample delivery
Submit samples to quality department and work with supplier to deliver quality part
Develop and maintain Excel supplier database
Make sure all parts’ price provided to finance is accurate and timel.
Other tasks assigned by manager

Requirements

Very familiar with coating, plating, anode, painting process
Knowledge of machining & CNC
Able to read and understand AutoCAD drawings
Strong Negotiation skills with suppliers
Strong planning sense and coordinating abilities

Background and Experience

Colleague degree in Mechanical Engineering Or three years experiences in Sourcing
Specialist position in manufacturing environment
Able to work independent, self-motivated, results oriented team player
Strong analysis skills with attention to detail
Fundamental knowledge of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Fundamental knowledge of common Microsoft PC software (Excel, Word) and AutoCAD
Fluency in English both reading and writing
Local travel to work with supplier required
