Job Summary (Main responsibilities):
? Be responsible for keeping the production line running smoothly and for emergency malfunction handing of production line.
? Monitor and ensure that utilities run in a safe manner, providing sufficient supplies of steam, water, compressed air and electricity to the production line. Record accurately the running condition and process parameters and report unusual situations
? Responsible for daily management of the Maintenance department
? Responsible for spare parts warehouse.
? Responsible for maintaining up-to-date documentation of technical documents

Key Responsibilities:
? Perform daily monitoring, repairing and preventative maintenance activities. Solve malfunctioning or defects of control, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical causes. Repairs defective machinery and equipment. Investigate the root causes and make proposals for solution.
? Schedules and executes preventative maintenance. Collect the machine running information and evaluate the present status of equipment, update the schedule accordingly.
? Accountable for maintaining up-to-date documentation on maintenance procedures and issues. Ensure that Maintenance standards and procedures are filed and available to the personnel
? Maintains equipment at peak performance levels.
? Accountable for providing guidance to shift leaders and make recommendations for training (internal and external) Improve their capability to diagnose solve machine failure.
? Assist our plant safety specialist to evaluate all equipment safety performance periodically. Finding out and solving the potential risks of safety, to ensure the safety of our staff and plant property.
? Detailed planning and scheduling of maintenance activities – routine checks, major equipment overhaul or statutory and mandatory checks
? OHSAS18001的内外审和制定内审员培训计划Accountable for yearly internal and coordinate the external auditing of ISO9001,ISO13485,ISO14001 and OHSAS18001
? Yearly review of the spare parts. Make the safety stock of key parts. Make the PO of general spare parts monthly. Record and store spare parts incompliance with our need and the legal regulations
? Take records of the operating parameters of the utility supply equipment Recognize abnormal conditions and take appropriate action to deal with. Report on any such occurrences . Assist outside contractors with major equipment servicing.
? You will give support for installing and adjustment of new or revised installations.
? Complete the temporary works arranged by superior.

Required competencies & skills
? Bachelor degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or related major。Undergo annual safety and technical assessment and certifications as required by statute
? 3-5 years maintenance experience
? Good at speak and write English.
? Skill with MS software
? Electrical/ Mechanical orientated education/experience
? Knowledge with ISO system.
? Step 5/7 relevant experience
? Good team work spirit.
? Healthy, responsible, willingness to learn
? Balanced temperament, able to work under pressure and prioritize.
? able to work in an accurate and timely manner
