Your roles:

You will be responsible for full spectrum of marketing plan and strategies in accordance to company’s standards and directions including advertising, branding, press release, public relations, copywriting, promotions, budget control, website, visual merchandising etc

你将负责按照公司的标准和方向 制定全方位的营销计划和战略,包括广告,品牌推广,新闻发布,公共关系,文案,促销,预算控制,网页及视觉营销等。

Job Responsibilities

主要工作职责:

Advertising 广告

1.Works closely with head office to implement marketing plan and strategies in accordance to guidelines, standards and directions from head office

2.Contextualizes marketing directions from head office as necessary to match local requirements

3.Prepares budget for advertising campaign, monitor and record expenses for each season.

4.Works closely with head office on all advertising templates and campaigns for each season. This includes outlet visual designs, advertisement designs and A5 posters etc.

5.Plans advertising schedule for each season, e.g. Catalogues, E-mailer, e-newsletter, hoardings, billboards and print ads.

6.Coordinates marketing and communications activities such as advertisements, publications and events based on the directions from head office including booking of all media buying and schedules. Works with media agency to enjoy rebates on media bookings. Prepares artwork for submissions.

7.Conducts marketing training when necessary, e.g. new staffs, brand training etc

8.Conducts market research and competitor analysis, government law and regulations.

Branding 品牌推广

1.Supports Product and Retail Teams for product launch, releases, seasonal / specific mark down and promotional items

2.Sends e-mailer with new shop pictures for every new shop opening.

3.Displays A5 poster at all shops at least 2 weeks prior to new shop opening

4.Changes outlet visuals timely and seasonal posters in stores and communicate to all relevant parties.

5.Liaises with Printing supplier and schedule for change of outlet visuals. Inform respective shopping malls to seek approval for change. Inform all outlets on the timing and changes accordingly.

6.Plans sales and change of season calendar, and inform Logistics, Design Team and Operations. This is to ensure that all products feature on the posters are available in store.

1.Works closely with visual merchandising team in head office for following:

2.Plans and standardize product displays in retail outlets based on visual merchandising guidelines and standards from head office

3.Performs and maintain visual displays and merchandising in retail outlets based on visual merchandising guidelines and standards from head office

4.Monitors the sell-through of the display items to achieve effective visual merchandising at all times

5.Plans and conducts Visual Merchandising Training to equip retail staff with necessary visual merchandising knowledge and skills

6.Responsible for costing and inventory control of props, display tools and POP materials

7.Liaises with suppliers / head office for purchasing of props, display tools and POP materials

8.Plans and creates thematic window displays

9.Designs and constructs props for display and visual merchandising

6、负责成本和库存管理及相关用具的管理,包括展示工具和POP材料
7、与供应商进行联络/总行购买道具,展示工具和POP材料
8、计划和创建专题橱窗设置
9 、设计和建造用于视觉设计和销售的道具


Press release, Public relations, Copywriting 新闻稿, 公共关系及 撰写文件

1.Provides all levels of copywriting in the marketing team. This includes press releases, catalogue, e-mailer, e-newletters, subjects, promotion, products description etc.

2.Builds good business network. Attends social events, functions, campaigns, launches and meetings.

3.Manages media and landlord contact list and constantly ensure it is updated.

4.Prepares press releases in print, CD and flash for all Media, landlords, business partners on new activities, launches, product lines, campaigns, events. This is essential to keep media in the loop on our marketing initiatives.

5.Responsible for Press / Publicity generated target and archives all featured items.

6.Communicates all featured items to the shops.

7.Handles publicity, interviews and press enquiries.

8.Provides shoe samples and sends edged-out images to magazines, papers, TV for editorial/media support and features.

Requirements

申请人要求

  • At least a Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing preferably in retail industry
  • Applicants with working experience in similar capacity (E.g. Advertising, E-commerce, PR Consultancy) will be highly preferred
  • Team Player with positive learning attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to multi- task
