My client QPI manages a multibillion dollar portfolio of investments including, but not limited to upstream, gas and power, refining/petrochemicals and other midstream/downstream activities. They participate in investments alongside a group of the most reputable multinational and national energy companies, in both acquisitions and Greenfield / Brownfield projects. Due to business expansion and the development of large scale strategic JV projects in China, QPI is seeking high calibre individuals to join its China operation and play a key role within this organisation.
As experienced Project Engineering Manager Professional, you will lead and manage the Engineering aspect of a multibillion dollar Greenfield refinery Petrochemical complex development from FEED though EPC to Construction. You’ll Provide Technical review and recommendations impacting engineering and interface related activities and guide a team of Discipline Senior Engineers to ensure the execution of engineering components of project subject to budget, schedule and quality through the various phases of basic design, detailed design, construction, commissioning and start-up for large refinery/petrochemical projects .
You will have 20 years relevant experience managing the Engineering development and interfaces for Mega Projects in the Downstream Oil & Gas sector, and report to the Project Director.
