1.组织制定公司质量方针、领导建立内部质量体系和相应的质量目标群，制定质量控制的工作流程及制度和操作规范，督促、检查制度的贯彻执行；
2.主持内部质量评审和外部质量审核，跟踪质量体系的改进；
3.确保本公司质量体系的建立、实施和保持，履行质量否决权；
4.参与确定供应商的评审结果，控制管理供应商的供货质量和成本改善；
5.监督指导对新产品、新工艺材料的接收、验证和改进现有工艺，审核技术文件；
6.解决生产现场支持和质量问题，调节质量纠纷，调查分析重大质量事故。 最好有丰田精益背景，集团质量部总负责人，负责整个集团整体质量规划统筹管理。
